The shadowy militant group that calls itself Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) has again blown up a crude oil pipeline belonging to Chevron Nigeria Limited
(CNL) in the early hours Wednesday.
“At 1:00 am today, the @NDAvengers blow up Well RMP 20 belonging to Chevron located 20 meters away from Dibi flow Station in Warri North LGA,” the group announced in a tweet 7 am Wednesday morning.
The militant group also said it would not be part of any dialogue with the federal government.
“This is to the Gen. public we're not negotiating with any Committee. if Fed Govt is discussing with any group they're doing that on their own,” it tweeted.
The latest attack comes less than two weeks after the group blew up Chevron’s Bibi oil well RMP 23 and RMP 24, considered to be some of Chevron’s most prolific onshore oil wells in the western Niger Delta.
